What is the meaning behind that name?

Welcome to Life Now.
For me, this work isn’t just a profession — it reflects how I’ve learned to navigate my own life. I know what it’s like to keep everything together on the outside while feeling lost on the inside. Like many people, I’ve had my own moments of burnout, of being caught in habits or relationships that no longer served me, and of not quite recognizing myself.
What helped wasn’t a sudden breakthrough. It was a quiet, steady return — to presence, to clarity, to myself. One conversation at a time.
That’s why I do this work. Because I know how powerful it can be to sit with someone who listens without judgment, who helps you reflect, and who reminds you of what really matters.

Four years ago, I was at a turning point. I had this growing urge to create something of my own — a business that didn’t just feel like work, but felt like me. While I was reflecting on what name to give it, I came across a quote from Jiddu Krishnamurti that stopped me completely:
IN ONESELF LIES THE WHOLE WORLDAND IF YOU KNOW HOW TO LOOK AND LEARN, THE DOOR IS THERE AND THE KEY IS IN YOUR HAND.NOBODY ON EARTH CAN GIVE YOU EITHER THE KEY OR THE DOOR TO OPEN.EXCEPT YOURSELF.
Right away, an image formed in my mind: a keyhole, a door, and behind it — the present moment. Now. And that’s how the name Life Now came to be.
The logo followed naturally. I placed a keyhole right in the “O” of NOW to capture the idea that the door to presence, growth, and clarity is already right here — and the key has always been within you.
The name Life Now means a lot to me. It’s how I live. A reminder that no one else can hand us the answers — but that we’re not empty or lost. We already hold everything we need. That’s how I approach the work I do with people. Not as a coach who’s here to fix or direct, but as someone who walks alongside you while you discover what’s been within you all along.
People often come when they feel stuck or uncertain. But the real changes — the lasting ones — happen when there’s a shift in awareness. When you begin to understand yourself with honesty and kindness. That’s when change becomes possible. That’s when it’s invited.
One of my clients recently was talking about trust in herself — believing in her abilities and keeping a positive attitude. But she couldn’t fully trust that this was true. As we spoke, it became clear to her that she already had it. She’d just never turned that attention inward. She had been looking for it in others, and even then, not always trusting it when it showed up. That moment of realization — that “aha” — didn’t come from me. It came from her.
Moments like that are the heartbeat of this work. Another one I’ll never forget: after working together for six months, a client sent me a gift. A simple coffee cup. On it was the Life Now logo. It meant the world to me. It told me that something had stayed with her. Now, every time I drink from that cup, I’m reminded of the quiet power of this kind of connection.
One thing I really appreciate about the name Life Now is how it leaves space. For some people, it feels practical and grounded — an invitation to take action. For others, it holds a deeper, more spiritual meaning. In either case, it speaks to people in their own language. And that’s what I love most — that it can invite people from different directions and still feel true.
That’s what Life Now means to me. It’s not just a name. It’s a way of being.
You already hold the key. If you're ready to use it, Life Now is here to support your next step.
