What is Coaching?
First, let’s clarify what coaching is not.

As a coach, I don’t give advice, share opinions, or rely on my personal experiences to guide you. Instead, I create a space similar to therapy, but with a key difference: the focus is on where you are right now and where you want to go.

While we may explore your past, our primary goal is to identify where you want to go and how to get there. If you don’t yet have a clear goal, we’ll work together to define one and chart a path forward.
Therapy often delves into past experiences to understand their impact on your present, sometimes addressing mental health issues like depression or anxiety. Coaching is not intended to address these mental health challenges.

Instead, coaching helps you explore parts of your life you may not have examined before, understand your core values and beliefs, and consider changes if they no longer serve you.

So, what do I do as a coach? I’m here to ask the right questions, challenge your thinking, and provide tools that help you get clarity and move forward. My job is to support you in finding your own answers and keeping you accountable as you work toward your goals.
