As a coach, I don't offer advice, share my opinions, or draw from my personal or professional experiences to guide you. Instead, I provide a space much like a therapeutic environment, with one key difference: the focus is on where you are right now. While we may touch on past experiences, the primary goal is to determine where you want to go and how to get there. If you don't already have a goal, we'll work together to identify one and navigate the process to achieve it.

In therapy, the focus is often on exploring past experiences and how they impact your present, sometimes leading to a deeper understanding of mental health issues like depression or anxiety. Coaching doesn’t address these mental health challenges, but it does help you explore new areas of your life, uncover and examine your values and belief systems, and consider changes if they’re no longer serving you.
